My wife and I have four young children, all in Estacada schools—three boys and a baby girl. We were athletes ourselves when we were in school, and it has definitely carried over to our children, which we love. We’ve lived in Estacada for eight years now and have constantly had to drive elsewhere, like Clackamas, Tigard, or Gresham, to find things to do for our family or to access batting cages and more elite sports training for our children.

We have always dreamed of having something like this right here in our hometown. Living in Estacada has made us not want to leave, and we only venture to town when we absolutely must. While it was risky for our family, we saw a need for All In Sportz. So, as a family, we voted and decided to give this a go, with everyone—including our children—having a say in the matter, knowing their parents would be even busier trying to get something like this off the ground. It’s time that Estacada has a sports complex and more, right here in our own hometown, with things to do for all.

Hello, my name is Eli Crombie, I was a student at Estacada throughout my whole childhood. I grew up obsessed with basketball, I started playing when I was 2 and fell in love with the game instantly. I played varsity basketball at Estacada all 4 years of high school and I was an all-league player, (just got done playing at Portland Bible College).

When COVID hit I took the time to do a deep dive and commit to basketball fully, that lead to 1st team all-league and our team ranking top 10 in state. During that time, I learned an abundance of information on nutrition and physical activities that would help improve my game, and I’m excited that I can share that information with other people that love the game.

I was born in Portland and grew up and played in east county. After college, I spent my time building up our community through teaching youth athletes for 15+ years, including Teeball, premiere travel and local high school teams. Currently, I’m working with a competitive 6A high school team and a club team in addition to raising my family. I specialize in pitching, focusing on ground force mechanics, internal rotation, and game strategies. Athletes training with me increase their pitch command, control, velocity and confidence. I strive to create a comfortable, yet competitive environment for my athletes to thrive in. I’m passionate about my student’s growth and independence while on the field and in life.

Jessica Engstrom

I have experience coaching youth players of all ages, and I am the Head Coach for a Varsity High School team. I am currently a member of the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association (OACA), National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and the National Federation of State High School Association (NFHS). I am an Accredited Interscholastic Coach (AIC), Certified Interscholastic Coach (CIC), and Level 3 Coach through the NFHS. I also have my Pitching and Hitting Endorsements from the NFCA. I am current on Concussion in Sports, CPR, First-Aid, and AED certifications as well as Safe Sport training.

I currently live in Sandy, OR with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs. We enjoy traveling, camping, and hanging out with friends. When I am not busy with softball, I enjoy doing escape rooms and playing games.
